Position: Trainee lawyer / élève-avocat (FR) / Referendar (DE).
Duration: 6 months (4 months for Referendare)
Location: Alicante
Key responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our attorneys on IP law matters.

Engage in critical legal research and analysis contributing to case strategy.

Interact with clients and participate in international communications in multiple languages.

Contribute to drafting and managing oppositions and cancellations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a law school with a strong academic track record (IP).
- Able to engage in traineeship via a university convention/internship arrangement.
- Command of the English language, additional fluency in French or German is necessary.
- Organisational skills.
- Tech-savvy
