Chloé Gerard

Chloé is a French jurist specialised in intellectual property law. She assists with trade mark prosecution matters both before the EUIPO and the French Trade Mark Office (INPI). Chloé is particularly keen on projects relating to digital assets, video games and their afferent activities, she dedicated her Master’s paper to this subject (Analyse du jeu vidéo au regard des propriétés intellectuelles). Before joining Umami, Chloé did a traineeship at Momentum Avocats and the Alicante office of Plasseraud IP.
