Position: Trainee lawyer / élève-avocat (FR) / Referendar (DE).
Duration: 6 months (4 months for Referendare).

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our attorneys on IP law matters.
  • Engage in critical legal research and analysis contributing to case strategy.
  • Interact with clients and participate in international communications in multiple languages.
  • Contribute to drafting and managing oppositions and cancellations.

Qualifications

 

  • Enrolled in a law school with a strong academic track record (IP).
  • Able to engage in traineeship via a university convention/internship arrangement.
  • Command of the English language; additional fluency in French or German is necessary.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Tech-savvy.
