Position: Trainee lawyer / élève-avocat (FR) / Referendar (DE).
Duration: 6 months (4 months for Referendare).
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our attorneys on IP law matters.
- Engage in critical legal research and analysis contributing to case strategy.
- Interact with clients and participate in international communications in multiple languages.
- Contribute to drafting and managing oppositions and cancellations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a law school with a strong academic track record (IP).
- Able to engage in traineeship via a university convention/internship arrangement.
- Command of the English language; additional fluency in French or German is necessary.
- Organisational skills.
- Tech-savvy.
